I am an Assistant Professor at Carleton University and my research examines the use of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) performance-based incentives in executive compensation contracts. That's fancy for 'I study how executives get paid bonuses for social and environmental goals'. I'm interested in sustainability, corporate governance and firm sustainability performance.
